We want you to have a great experience with our products. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded unless they were received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• Your order cannot be fulfilled.

• You received a damaged or incorrect item and a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed using a mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
